Mihai Radu is the chairman of the Romanian Financial Institute, with an over 20 year experience in fields as finance, financial investment projects and direct investment and has an in-depth knowledge of the Romanian business environment. Mr. Radu has a degree in Economic Science and has graduated from the Academy of Economic Studies Bucharest, major in Management. In the years 2000-2001, he has been consultant and deputy manager of the Romanian Fund for Credit Underwriting for Private Entrepreneurs. From 1994 to 2000, Mr. Radu has been the vice-president of the National Board of Stocks and Shares. He has also been the director of the Research and Consulting Department of the Romanian Banking Institute and economist and bank consultant for the National Bank of Romania. Mr. Radu has attended numerous professional specialization classes, as the ones organized by the Paris Stock Exchange and Banque de France, International Institute of U. S. Securities and Exchange Commission, U. S. Aid, etc.

                               Dragoş Vasile has an over 20 years experience in the theory and praxis of competition, company management and finance, financial audit, foreign trade, entrepreneurship and has an in-depth knowledge of the social, economic, political and business environment of Romania. Mr. Vasile has a degree in Economic Sciences, has graduated from the Academy of Economic Sciences Bucharest, major in Foreign Trade and the courses for the Professional Diploma in Management at the Open University (U. K.). From 1996-2001, he has been under-secretary of state for the Board of Competition in Romania. Since 1997, he is also teaching for the Academy of Economic Studies and for Codecs Bucharest, provider of long-distance education and of consulting-training services. He is a member of the Body of Accounting Experts and founding member of the Foundation for Human Development. Mr. Vasile has represented Romania on the multilateral negotiations concerning the competition policy at UNCTAD and WTO. Mr. Vasile has attended has attended numerous professional specialization classes, as the ones organized by the Paris Bar Association, Foreign Office in United Kingdom, OECD, USAID
